assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu,

I have question here,

We have been instructed in Islam to believe in both the good and evil of Qadr (destiny). How would you respond to someone who says, "How does Allah decree something evil when He is not to be attributed with evil attributes?" Substantiate your answer with proofs from the Qur’an and Sunnah and statements of scholars.
